Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

Products not eligible for refund

Customized products (with personalized names, text, or custom designs) cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.

How to make a return

1. Contact us at 3dprintstorev@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
3. Return the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the payment method used for the order.

Defective or damaged product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at 3dprintstorev@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
