These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.dimensya3d.fr.

Products

The products offered are 3D printed objects, handmade in France. Each creation is unique and made to order. The photos are non-contractual but representative of the final product.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Clément Chotteau Paul reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price indicated at the time of the order will be the only one applicable.

Order

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order is confirmed by sending a summary email to the address provided by the customer.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal. The transaction is secured by Shopify Payments.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery is available in metropolitan France and Europe. Delivery times are indicative.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.

Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
